We are looking for you to work with us as an Associate to support our procurement business line. The position is a permanent, remote, can be part-time (80-100%) and you can start immediately or in Q1/Q2-2025.

YOUR TASKS

You will be supporting the procurement business line from A to Z and report directly to the business line manager. Your responsibilities include:

• Publication of the solicitation documents on leading global platforms to make the work offers known to a large range of potential candidates;
• Support the meticulous analytical work including reviewing, assessing technical and financial proposals in a wide range of project sectors, regions and clients;
• Support the elaboration of procurement reports.

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous professional experience (2-5 years) in a consulting firm or a public agency, ideally within the impact industry;
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and to keep abreast of deliverables within a pre-defined timeline;
• Strong analytical skills, desire to constantly learn and meticulous attention to detail;
• Full proficiency in English, additional languages (French, Spanish, German) are a plus;
• Independent work style with a proactive, effective, results-oriented attitude.
