Join us as an Intern and get hands-on experience in the world of sustainability, finance and global development. The position is remote, flexible (you choose your working hours between 20–80%) and starts as soon as you’re ready.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

No coffee runs here – you’ll be part of the team from day one. Depending on your interests and studies, you’ll:
• Support research projects on sustainability, finance and development topics;
• Help draft reports, presentations, or client documents;
• Dive into real-world data and help analyze it;
• Get a behind-the-scenes look at consulting, impact investing or public sector work;
• Contribute to project coordination and internal processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re not looking for perfection – we’re looking for potential. If you’re curious, motivated and willing to learn, you’re in the right place.
• Enrolled at a top university (such as CEMS schools);
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with -at least- 1 year remaining until graduation;
• You write and speak English really well (C1 or better);
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with others;
• You’re reliable, detail-oriented and can work independently;
• You’re interested in big global topics (like climate, inequality, finance, etc.);
• Bonus points if you’ve worked, volunteered, or studied internationally;
• Even more bonus points if you speak another language (like French, Spanish or German).
