Policy Analyst
You love diving deep into complex topics, connecting dots, and turning knowledge into insight?
We’re looking for a Policy Analyst to join our team and help us explore the big questions behind sustainable development, finance, and policy. This is a remote, flexible, part-time position (20–80%), ideal for students in a Master’s program who want to take their research and writing skills to the next level.
You’ll be working on real-world global issues that matter – from climate finance to social equity – and develop your voice in an international environment. Plus: we help you build a network of experts, thought leaders, and change-makers that can shape your future career.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is not your average desk job – it’s an intellectual adventure. As a Policy Analyst, you’ll:
• Read and digest large amounts of research, reports, interviews, and policy documents;
• Turn complex information into clear, compelling, and well-structured texts;
• Write policy briefs, reports, stakeholder summaries, and thought pieces;
• Interview subject matter experts and synthesize their perspectives;
• Conduct fact-checks and challenge assumptions – we want sharp thinkers;
• Help shape the narratives behind data and ideas that travel.
WHAT YOU BRING
You’re not afraid of a 100-page scientific report – you get excited about decoding its complex ideas and transforming them into your own script. You’re probably the person your classmates ask for help when a text needs flow or logic.
• Enrolled at a top university (such as CEMS schools);
• Enrolled in a Master’s program with -at least- 1 year remaining until graduation;
• You write excellent English – crisp, elegant, and structured (C1+);
• You enjoy reading deeply, questioning sources, and sharpening arguments;
• You love writing and are always looking to improve your style and clarity;
• You’re confident enough to speak with high-level experts and ask the right questions;
• You’re well-organized, meet deadlines, and take feedback seriously;
• Language skills like French, Spanish, or German are a big plus;
• Experience in student journalism, think tanks, model UN, or writing competitions? Even better.
WHAT YOU GET
• Deep, meaningful exposure to impact finance and sustainable development;
• Access to a strong professional network – we actively connect you with experts and mentors;
• Remote and flexible working setup that fits around your studies;
• A role that lets you write, think, and grow – fast;
• A collaborative, supportive team that values intellectual curiosity and honesty;
• A strong reputation boost: this kind of writing gets noticed.
