As a Partner-in-Residence, you stay self-employed, own your client relationships, and lead your delivery. WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We work with established professionals who bring both experience and entrepreneurial intent. Ideal candidates typically have:
• 15+ years in consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation leadership;
• A strong track record in acquiring and delivering client work;
• The drive to build (or scale) a practice with structure and support;
• A reputation for integrity, quality, and client focus;
• A collaborative mindset and independence without ego.

You may be stepping out of a corporate career. You may be running a solo firm. Either way, you are ready to build something more sustainable, with fewer overheads and more impact.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

You lead your own business. We provide the tools and trust to help it grow:
• You use the Broadpeak brand, email, profile, and credentials to engage clients;
• We support you with proposals, pricing, compliance, and contracting;
• You tap into our reference library and internal staff for delivery;
• You stay in control of your rates, clients, and delivery model;
• Broadpeak takes a fair, transparent share based on the support you choose;
• You gain access to shared mandates, referrals, and long-term ownership via our ESOP.
