I have always been driven to help entrepreneurs and organizations overcome challenges sustainably. Growing up in East Africa, I witnessed remarkable ingenuity as young innovators created viable business solutions with minimal resources. It wasn’t unusual to see a 14-year-old generating electricity for domestic use from blackwater or wind turbines made at home from scrap metal. These examples of resourcefulness continue across developing regions today, but systemic barriers have persisted for far too long, limiting their potential impact. My passion lies in maximizing social, operational, and financial outcomes through strategic solutions. My career path has taken me from the World Bank in Tanzania to Nordic Impact Funds in Denmark, deepening my appreciation for impact finance as a transformative force. As part of the Broadpeak team, I’m excited to contribute to the challenging yet deeply rewarding mission of advancing impact finance to support innovative solutions where they’re needed most.
